Knutwall Marking Systems continues its expansion and acquired Høines Skilt Stempel Etiketter AS, an established company in Stavanger, Norway, on September 1, 2026.
Høines has 8 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 16 million kronor. Through the acquisition, Knutwall strengthens its presence in the Norwegian market and creates additional opportunities to develop its offerings in labeling and signage solutions.
The acquisition is a natural step in Knutwall's continued development and gives us an even stronger local presence in Norway. Høines' operations, expertise, and customer relationships complement Knutwall's existing Norwegian operations and create good conditions for continued growth.

Høines' operations and the 8 employees in Stavanger will now become part of Knutwall's Norwegian operations. The operations will be integrated into Knutwall's existing Norwegian company, creating a unified and stronger organization for the Norwegian market.
The acquisition of Høines Skilt Stempel Etiketter AS is yet another step in Knutwall's long-term ambition to grow and strengthen our position in labeling and signage solutions in the Nordic region.
