General

These terms apply unless otherwise agreed between Knutwall Marking Systems AB and the customer.

Orders & Delivery Times

Orders are placed through our online ordering system on our website. We also accept orders via phone or email.

For orders requiring manual handling of provided materials, an additional fee per label/sign will be charged. For custom orders involving large files, these are handled at an hourly rate (SEK 550.00/hour) in agreement with the customer.

Orders confirmed via email, phone, or online are binding and will be fully invoiced. If your order has not been confirmed, adjustments or cancellations may be made.

Delivery normally takes place the next business day for orders placed before 16:00. For larger orders, we will contact you to prioritize the parts of the order needed first. Priority is given to orders placed through our online system. For orders not placed through the ordering system, delivery time may be 1–3 working days. The delivery date refers to the date your products leave our facility.

In the event of delays beyond our control, such as delivery issues with the carrier, we are not responsible for any consequential losses.

Shipping

Shipping costs within Sweden:

• Letter mail: SEK 69 for orders up to SEK 1,000
• Trackable business parcel: SEK 99 for orders over SEK 1,000

Lost shipments will be compensated after an investigation with the carrier has been completed.

Shipping costs are always charged unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Knutwall Marking Systems AB. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Payment Terms

An invoice is issued for each order, with 30 days net payment terms and a late payment interest rate of 11%.

Minimum charge is SEK 100. If the order value is below this amount, it will be adjusted to SEK 100 excluding VAT.

In case of non-payment, the matter will be handed over to a debt collection agency after a reminder has been sent.

Complaints

If anything in your delivery does not match your order, we will promptly attempt to correct it. A corrected delivery will be sent in the first instance. If the issue persists, the order may be credited.

Complaints must be reported no later than 10 days after the products have been received.

Incorrect products must be returned to us within 14 days for the complaint to be valid.
